Prepress is the term used in the printing and publishing industries for the processes and procedures that occur between the creation of a print layout and the final printing. Here at Associated Printers prepress is a crucial part of the printing process. We check all artwork files for colour, correct resolution and font issues, using professional prepress software to ensure your job is of the highest standard.

Associated Printers run a full time art-studio offering our clients design and finished art services if required. Our studio is capable of handling multiple file formats across both Mac and Windows platforms. The design programs we use include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign – for more information on file types accepted please contact a member of our team.

For regular clients, Associated Printers also offers an interactive online stationery library allowing clients to modify their own customized artwork and place orders directly.

Print quality and attention to detail is what we pride ourselves on, which is why we also personally proof each individual job, checking for any missed spelling or grammar errors. Upon our approval, your job is then print proofed (version printed to spec) and supplied for final print approval, this occurs prior to commencing the final print run.
